Apr 4, 2007 · if im not mistaken i think that cruise control doesnt work if ESP is off ESP light on could be sign of faulty maf x2 on no cruise with no esp. also, my girlfriend's gti just did the same thing (no cruise control, esp lights going christmas tree) and it turns out it was due to a broken wire or connector in or around the throttle body, fwiw. Oct 22, 2012 · Received 97 Likes on 87 Posts. First step, alway give the car's year and engine, plus any other details that pertain to your question. On mine (a '96) fuse S13 powers the cruise control circuit. But lots more than a fuse will cause these to malfunction.

Fuse for fuel cooling - S262. Fuse -1- (15) (automatic gearbox 01J) - S199. Radiator fan control unit fuse (allroad models) - S142. Not used (right-hand drive vehicles) Fuses not in relay carrier: Left-hand drive vehicles: – From model year 2001 onwards auxiliary heater fuse not in electronics box – S62.

I also have a 1998 A6 and the cruise control is not working. I know where the c/c mod. Is, but I can't seem to find any diagnostic info. I have a Bently repair manual, but it doesn't have much on diagnostics. I have a Snap-on Solas pro but I don't see any thing on c/c. Is there a way to diagnose without parts replacing?

Sep 20, 2016 · I have a 2007 Audi A4 b7 and my cruise control stopped working. Also right after my steering wheel buttons stopped working (does not let me change track/ volume control doesn't work). Has anyone ever had this problem? Anyone know a solution? I hooked up obd and gave me a "U0104 Cruise Control: No Communication" code only.
The Cruise control does not work, and the engine warning light is not active. Hooked up the VAG-COM, and found one fault code; U111300 - Function limitation due to incorrect value recieved - no communication. The fault code is a permanent network fault, and cannot be erased from the ECU.
